OUR INDEPENDENT ADVISORY BOARD HELPS US TACKLE CHALLENGES AND KEEPS US FOCUSED ON WHAT’S IMPORTANT.

Our business structure means that we aren’t able to benefit from the wisdom a traditional Board of Directors brings. It can make it hard to get the perspective required to make decisions on growth and priorities. And it can be hard to ensure that we’re always checking that we’re always staying true to our values.

That’s why we set up an advisory board to formalise the many informal advisor relationships we have. It helps us to weather current opportunities and challenges and, most importantly, to drive our responsible ethos forward.

We’re a virtual business and for that reason we don’t meet formally, preferring to work with professionals spanning the commercial disciplines on specific projects, as well as general strategic reviews. Sometimes we’re in touch weekly and other times, once a year. Sometimes members of the board work together and sometimes in small groups.

Our advisory board includes specialists in agency finance, payroll, project management, operations, legal, HR, leadership, agency growth, marketing and business development, as well as law firm management.
