ELE is delighted to introduce Hollie Walters, the newest member of our project management team.
Hollie joins ELE as a Project Manager with several years of experience across agency and charity settings. Most recently, she spent two years as Programme Officer at Acorns Children’s Hospice, providing governance support to project leads and driving the organisation’s adoption of new ways of working, focussing on efficiency.
Before that, Hollie spent two years as a Project Manager at an award-winning ecommerce agency, managing a team of developers and a QA specialist, acting as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, and earning a reputation for strong, reliable client relationships. Her earlier career includes project delivery and account management, working across e-commerce and digital agency projects.
Hollie has a degree in English Literature from Birmingham Newman University and is a self-confessed copywriting and literature obsessive.
“Our project and operations team are the absolute bedrock of what makes us successful, here at ELE. Without them we couldn’t deliver the results we do, for our clients. Hollie brings a wonderful mixture of skill, experience and personality, as well as enthusiasm to the team. We’re lucky to have her and I look forward to working with her on the coming UK directories season,” said Helen Foord, CEO of ELE.
“I’m excited to join such a knowledgeable and talented team here at ELE. Everyone has been so welcoming, and I’m really looking forward to getting to know our clients and giving them the best service and support we can,” said Hollie.
At ELE, Hollie will lead the day-to-day delivery of client projects, keeping timelines on track and making sure our clients feel supported at every stage of their legal directories and content work.
