This charter sets out the standards we hold ourselves to and the partnership we need in return to do our best work.

We bring judgement, not just execution
We don't simply process instructions. We think, challenge and advise. If something isn't right, isn't strong enough, or risks undermining quality, we will say so.

Our work is careful, considered and deliberate. Writing, advice and project management are held to the same high standard. "Good enough" is not how we work.
We respect deadlines without being slapdash
We understand immovable deadlines and high-pressure submissions. We move quickly when needed, but never at the expense of rigour, accuracy or credibility.
