In a business such as ELE, where responsibility and purpose are so fundamentally embedded, it can sometimes be difficult to think in terms of annual achievements.
For us, it is simply the way we work.
These are not initiatives we switch on and off. They are part of the day-to-day decisions we make about how we run the business, how we treat people and the role we believe a professional services firm should play in the wider world.
2024/25 has been a year of significant growth for ELE. As the team has grown, it has also brought a new set of responsibilities. Growth is positive, but it places pressure on the structures that sit behind a business. It forces you to look carefully at how you support your people, how decisions are made and how the organisation works in practice.
For us, that meant focusing most of our attention this year on the people who make ELE what it is: our team.
